Using the software
The free plug-ins are free to use, privately and commercially, with no registration, no account and no time limit. You may install them on as many machines as you use yourself.
A paid plug-in works the same way, on the machines you use yourself, once its license key is installed. The key carries your name. Please keep it to yourself: passing the key file on, or publishing it, ends the license.
Buying a paid plug-in
Paid plug-ins are sold through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd., United Kingdom). Paddle is the seller of record, which means the contract of sale is with Paddle. Paddle collects the payment, handles the tax and issues the invoice, and Paddle's own terms apply to that contract. We never see your card details.
The license key is sent by email right after the payment, usually within a minute. If it does not arrive, write to support@jeesonic.de and we send it again. Nothing is shipped and nothing is downloaded from a third party: the plug-in itself is the same file everyone downloads here.
The plug-in runs without a key, so you can try all of it before you pay. Once the key has been sent there is no refund. The details, and the cases where we do give the money back, are in our Refund Policy.
Passing them on
You may link to jeesonic.de freely, and you are welcome to write about the plug-ins and use screenshots of them.
Please do not host, mirror or re-upload the installers, and do not include them in a bundle, a collection or a sample pack. Updates go out without notice, so a copy stops being the current version quickly, and people end up with an old build and bugs that are already fixed. Link to the download page instead and it is always current.
Please do not place a download behind a registration, an email address, a payment or an ad gate. The plug-ins are free of any gate on purpose, and a copy that is not is misleading about what we offer.
Ownership and warranty
The software remains our property and is licensed, not sold. That is true of the paid plug-ins as well: you buy a license to use them, not the software itself. It is provided as it is, without warranty. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; mandatory statutory liability is unaffected.
