At Jeesonic, we build the plug-ins we want for our own work, and we make them available to others. Behind it is a software engineer who has been recording, mixing and producing music for more than 30 years.
Like most software development today, ours is supported by AI. It helps with writing and checking code, and it allows a team of our size to test the plug-ins thoroughly and ensure high quality. What goes into a plug-in, how it sounds and how it is operated is decided by us, and getting the sound and the operation right takes many sessions of real work with it.
Every release goes through a number of automated tests and a review of the entire code, with particular care for real-time safety where audio is processed, so that it does not cause dropouts or clicks.
Every change is listed in a public changelog, and older versions stay available for download.
The plug-ins grow with each release, based on our own work with them and on what users tell us.
